In honor of Singles Appreciation Day, we decided to give the rest of campus a sneak peek as to what your fellow Poets are doing this coming Tuesday, Feb. 14. If you’re still looking for a Valentine here are a few eligible bachelors and bachelorettes still available for love. Remember, just because you are alone this Valentine’s Day, that does not mean you have to be lonely!

“My plan for Valentine’s Day is to go to class and do some pledging-related stuff for my society.”
-senior Tyler Zickel

“Well, I don’t have a lot going on this Valentine’s Day ... to the strip club!”
-junior Sean Stribley

“I plan to spend time with as many people as I can that I love.”
-sophomore Jonathan Tupanjanin

“Well, I’m single and Valentine’s Day is not my thing so I will be studying and maybe watching some horror movies like Friday the 13th and others.”
-sophomore Rebecca Cruces

“I am having a Valentine’s Day date with my roommate.”
-senior Rachel Alion-Moss

“Being in class until 10p.m.”

“I will be going to class, studying for my finance exam, and running a pledging event come night time. Just business as usual. If anything, I’ll grab some candy treats for my sisters. I’m sure they’ll appreicate it.”
-senior Daniel Cordova Jr.

“I’ll probably go out to the club with all my single friends. Girls’ night out!”

“I’m not too sure what my plans are, but I’m definitely not one of those people that rage or hates on Valentine’s Day. I will probably enjoy it with my girl friends ... since we’re all single. It’s a holiday about love, but that doesn’t mean you have to be in love with someone, so I’ll be appreciating the besties!”
-senior Lizbeth Hernandez

“Going to a restaurant and watching a movie.”
-senior Richie Hoover
